Andrey, you helped Tele2 with launching their chain in Moscow. Last fall Tele2 opened about 400 points of sale in the capital city. Half of them were founded by your team, actually in half a year. In your interview for Forbes you characterized your portfolio as “business development” and your team as developers. What are the key distinctions of your approach from traditional brokerage?

I have not seen companies that would be willing to build quality...
