The Awards will recognise and reward excellence in architecture and design for the emerging and newly developed regions of the Gulf States, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, the Indian subcontinent, Australasia (excluding Japan, New Zealand & Australia) and Latin America. They will attract the world's leading architects from the emerging world, as well as developers, consultants, governmental authorities, investors and senior professionals involved in the industry.
The Awards will be presented on 06 October 2009 at a gala dinner at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.
