He said that the business center will be located in the territory of a former bread-baking plant in Vavilov Street, 37.
The business center is to be built in a site over 0.52 hectares. Total area of the complex will make 37.46 sq. m with 26.66 sq. m above ground and the rest 10.8 sq. m underground. The rentable space will make 24.014 sq. m.
Total height of the object is 6-14 stores.
The complex will have three underground floors for a parking lot for 372 cars.
“At the moment we already have the order documents. The expertise is planned for March 2009. Currently the paper works on preparing the site for the construction are carried out. The preliminary works are planned for December 2008”, he said.
The project is to be completed in 2011. “Total investments will make about 5.185 billion rubles with 2.844 rubles of the own funds and reinvested funds while 2.34 billion would be credit funds”, he added.
