One more year has passed and we can boldly review its results. This is another year quite indicative of the domestic retail market. Unfortunately, few quality shopping centers have been commissioned: a third less than last year. Despite this deplorable trend, retailers keep rapidly developing. International brands have entered and go on entering the Russian market; the focus has shifted to cities with the population of 300-500 thou people; catering operators and restaurants feel increasingly confident. Against this backdrop the interest of investors in our market has slightly grown.
