ENKA Builds Oasis

The tender was won by the Turkish construction company ENKA, famous for such projects as Naberezhnaya Tower, Khimki business park, Riverside Tower and others.
The 63,000-sqm BC Oasis is being developed not far from Danilovskaya subway station at 5 Koroviy Val St. The project envisages construction on three underground levels, to accommodate a parking garage, and 13 above-ground levels. This business center is the first newly built project for Horus Capital. The company is known on the commercial real estate market for redevelopment of production facilities. Among its projects are the business parks Burevestnik, Lefort, Fabrika Stanislavskogo and others.
