Jaguar Land Rover setting up office at the SkyPoint

The Jaguar Land Rover Company has signed a 10-year leasing agreement for two floors in the SkyPoint Business Park. The company also plans to open its own training academy on the first floor of the Betta Building.

The total area of office buildings in the SkyPoint Business Center is 46,000 sqm. The BC has a corporate restaurant, cafe, bank office, conference rooms, dry cleaners shop and a retail zone. In addition, a full range of telecommunication services is provided here. According to arendator.ru, three of the office buildings are supplied with surface and underground parking lots.
