Rubin construction and investment holding company is set to begin construction at the end of this year on an approximately 136,000-sqm mixed-use hotel and business complex slated for delivery at the end of 2008 at 1 Vasilisa Kozhina St. in Moscow’s West Administrative District. The developer will independently invest $160 million in the project.
The entire complex will comprise three buildings of 25, 16 and 13 stories, each, joined by covered walkways. One of the towers will house a 250-room three-star Park Inn hotel managed by Rezidor. (source: Jones Lang LaSalle)
A class B+ business center with full amenities and infrastructure is planned to be located in the other two buildings. Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko designed the mixed-use concept, while Jones Lang LaSalle will be the broker and the developer intends to manage the complex independently.
