Deutsche Bank rented 7000 sq m in NordStar Tower

The representatives of the company Jones Lang LaSalle that had acted as the adviser of the transaction said that the rent contract was signed for 7 years. Deutsche Bank is going to place the department of the information technology of investment business (Global Information Services - Capital Markets) at 7 000 sq m. “The decision to rent such big areas in Moscow and the transaction’s volumes of investments confirm the adherence of the bank to the Russian market and its desire to realize the strategic plans in the country”, - the main chief executive of group Deutsche Bank in Russia and the CIS Igor Lozhevsky told.
Aleksey Efimov, the Director of Russian and the CIS Department working with corporate clients, Jones Lang LaSalle, has noticed “Deutsche Bank is the first main tenant of NordStar Tower that would give the developer more confidence of success and stability of the project thanks to its brand. Also this transaction shows the positive dynamics at the market of Moscow office real estate, underlining the beginning of its overcoming the crisis”.
According to the information from Jones Lang LaSalle, about 60 000 sq m is free in NordStar Tower. It is not excluded that their most part, 41 000 sq m of office areas (20 ground floors) could occupy the oil company TNK-BP. The representatives of JLL have confirmed that they were conducted the negotiations with “Don-story” about the rent in NordStar Tower.
