Terra Direction will invest 366 million Euros into a development near Kaliningrad

Terra Direction invests 366 million Euros in implementing a concept of complex development of 1050 hectares in the Baltic shore in Kaliningrad region.
The press service reported that the right for the complex development was bought from a branch of Paul's Yard for the North-West region.

The project provides for developing the coastal area of the Baltic Sea and building residential objects such as villas, cottages, townhouses, and mansions as well as commercial real estate objects including different class hotels, malls and sport facilities, restaurants and cafes, resort centers and a yacht club.

There is already a concept of the master plan for the top priority territory between Zelenogradsk and Pionersk.

Terra Direction entered the market of commercial real estate of Russia in 2008. It was previously known as Paul’s Yard Kaliningrad. Now the Company has representative offices in the North-West, Southern, Siberian, Privolzhsky and Uralsky Federal Districts of Russia.
