A multi-use complex to be built next to the river Oka
London Consulting & Management Company affected a contract with OAO NKHP-Development to design a concept for a unique public and business complex.
The multi-use complex will be constructed in the territory previously occupied by a bread-making plant in the centre of the city right on the beautiful shore of the river Oka. The 10 hectare site will be constructed with A and B class business centers as well as some town houses complexes. The project is to become a unique project in Nizhny Novgorod.
The A class business centre will occupy at least 14-15k sq. m. Luxury offices are to take upper floors of the buildings. B class offices will make 5-6k sq. m in total. LCMC also suggested to add a fitness center and a swimming pool to the project in the territory of the B class business center.
The main feature of the project is a complex of town houses for 20k sq. m as this format has never been implemented in Nizhny Novgorod. The construction is to start next summer.
