Ekodole Group of Companies
just purchased land in the Samara Region for construction of a low-rise economy-class
residential complex. According to the company, the amount of investments will surpass
16 billion rubles.
Construction of the complex will take place in a private-public
partnership. The completion date has not been announced. The construction land plant
is 220 hectares,
35 hectares
of which will be set aside for recreational areas and infrastructure objects (schools,
daycares and hospitals). On the remaining land they will construct private houses,
townhouses and apartments in cottage-type buildings.
Total area of apartment buildings and houses in the village
of Ekodole Samara will be 250,000 sqm. This village will include 2,800
residential units.
The Ekodole Group of Companies was founded in 2007. The
company specializes in the construction of low-rise housing in Russia. The
company's portfolio includes low-rise residential complexes in Orenburg and
Kaluga Regions, as well as in Obninsk. The total area of these projects surpasses
570 hectares.
Major investors in the Ekodole GC are Baring Vostok Private Equity Fund IV and
the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development.
