RosInvestHotel will build two hotels in the Moscow region and one in Ukraine

These fours star hotel complexes will be a part of the new hotel chain Hotels&Resorts. They will have 416 rooms and will be managed by the Managing Company RosInvestHotel. One of the hotels will be built in the Moscow region next to the river Yauhza. The site is located 76 km away from Moscow and the hotel, which will have 240 rooms, will position itself as a SPA hotel. The second hotel with 120 rooms will position itself as a wellness hotel and will be located 82 km away from Moscow along Novorizhskoe Shosse. The Company has all the necessary approvals for construction and foundation works are already carried out.

The third hotel will be open 40 km away from Kiev in 2009.
